Customer Care

This role provides post-sale technical and non-technical customer service and support across multiple sub-families for business and end-consumer customers. Responsibilities include handling remote customer service inquiries via phone, chat, or text, and resolving issues in an office environment. The position may also involve distribution center customer service, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments, and providing support in walk-in service facilities.
