Customer Contact Representatives work in the Claims Contact Centre in Edmonton to provide timely, accurate information and support to injured workers, employers and other business partners about the claims process and Workers’ Compensation benefits. The role handles inbound inquiries, collects and documents claim-related information, and ensures privacy and compliance with relevant legislation. Positions are permanent full-time with initial in-office training and hybrid work arrangements.
