Customer Engineer

The Customer Engineer 1 is responsible for owning customer incidents, performing minor repairs, and replacing components on Tier I equipment such as PCs, workstations, and ATMs. The role involves assisting with site preparation, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues or escalating them as needed.
