About this role

The Customer Engineering Lead will own first-line technical support and customer-facing engineering for PQShield semiconductor IP and software library solutions, working closely with Engineering and Sales Engineering. The role sets and maintains support standards, resolves technical queries in at least one discipline, and grows the customer engineering function as the customer base expands. The team also acts as a ‘friendly customer’ to experiment with IP, improve documentation, and support product validation and roadmap assumptions.
