Customer Experience Manager

The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall customer experience across the store, managing front-end checkout operations, and ensuring high service standards are met. This role involves leading and coaching a team to deliver exceptional service, managing performance and employee relations, and maintaining operational efficiency in a fast-paced retail environment. The position may also include managing petrol station operations and assuming overall store responsibility in the absence of senior management.
