Customer Experience & Manufacturing Liaison

This role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality, to ensure a concierge-style customer experience. The position involves taking ownership of customer needs from initial request through resolution, coordinating orders and service requests, and providing technical support. Success in this role is measured by building strong customer relationships, proactively communicating updates, and ensuring efficient issue resolution.
