Customer Experience Representative

As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be one of the first voices our customers hear on their way to recovery, taking inbound calls from clients and providers. The role involves completing a thorough induction and training programme that blends classroom learning with hands-on experience, ensuring you are supported every step of the way. You will have opportunities to continually grow and develop your skills, including training to support clients via emails and live chat, as well as assisting business levy customers.
