About this role

A Senior Associate CX Researcher at Moniepoint conducts in-depth qualitative and mixed-methods research to uncover customer behaviors and pain points across the fintech company's products. Embedded within the product organization, this role translates customer insights into actionable recommendations while collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to advocate for the user voice. At this senior level, the individual independently manages complex research initiatives and may mentor junior team members to improve overall research processes.

Responsibilities

Design and execute complex multi-method research projects including interviews and usability testing
Synthesize findings from qualitative and quantitative data sources into clear actionable insights
Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to identify drivers and root causes
Collaborate with product teams to integrate research insights into development processes
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of research methodologies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Design, or related fieldMaster's degree in a relevant field (Preferred)4+ years of experience in customer or UX research
