Customer Experience Specialist

The Customer Experience Specialist manages daily customer requests and acts as a liaison between Sales and internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience. The role involves building positive customer relationships, processing inquiries via phone, email, and website, and collaborating with various teams to coordinate customer activities. The specialist also identifies opportunities for product suggestions, maintains product knowledge, and engages with vendor partners to obtain pricing and lead times.
