Customer Identity Product Owner

The Customer Identity Product Owner is responsible for defining and delivering the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and backlog for customer identity capabilities within the Post Office digital ecosystem. This role involves collaborating with technology, cybersecurity, and product teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions that balance customer experience, security, and regulatory requirements. The position requires strong stakeholder management and a deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles.
