The Customer Insights & Analytics Lead at sweetgreen will build and lead a new insights function that translates customer and product data into strategic direction for marketing, loyalty, menu, and CX. This role partners closely with Data Science and cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven insights, improve visibility into customer behavior, and inform faster, data-driven decisions that drive growth. The leader will also shape measurement strategies and support the organization’s test-and-learn culture.
