The Customer Marketing Manager at Feedzai will drive global customer marketing initiatives to maximize customer lifetime value, strengthen engagement, and accelerate product adoption. This role owns customer advocacy and storytelling, the global reference program, and community initiatives while translating customer insights into strategic recommendations for GTM and product. The manager partners closely with Customer Success, Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales to launch scalable, measurable customer-led programs.
