Customer Quality Engineer

The Customer Quality Engineer serves as the primary liaison between Lyten and its end customers, ensuring battery energy storage systems meet the highest quality standards and exceed expectations. This role involves investigating customer-reported issues, driving root cause resolution, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. The position requires building and improving customer quality processes from the ground up while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
