Customer Relations Specialist

The Customer Relations Specialist will join the PSA Customer Relations team to handle customer resolutions, process claims, and manage shipping and handling operations. This full-time, onsite role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills to de-escalate situations and provide accurate information to customers. The position involves collaborating with Operations departments to find appropriate solutions and maintain customer accounts.
