Customer Service Advisor

This role involves serving as the voice of NEXT by handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and live webchats to resolve issues such as billing, returns, and faulty goods. The position requires taking ownership of queries from start to finish, utilizing internal systems to provide accurate updates, and maintaining a positive, resilient approach during challenging conversations. It is a part-time position based onsite in Doncaster with a structured training and coaching period.
