Customer Service Representative - Auto Claims

Intact is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Claims Department, where you will handle inbound calls to resolve inquiries and new claims for external and internal clients. This role requires providing legendary customer service, documenting files accurately, and making on-the-spot decisions to move requests forward in a fast-paced call center environment. You will act as a subject matter expert on policies and products while maintaining daily call center metrics and meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
