Customer Service Representative

The role supports Carrier's Customer Care Center as the first point of contact for inbound 1‑800‑Carrier calls, assisting residential HVAC customers and dealers with inquiries, warranty information, product comparisons, and dealer referrals. The position includes a 2‑3 week on‑site training program combining classroom instruction and hands‑on system experience.
