Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative builds and maintains positive relationships with customers, installers, and The Home Depot while managing work orders and providing day-to-day support to installation crews. This role involves dispatching rolled carpet goods, operating a forklift, and serving as the first responder to issues reported by stores, installers, or customers. The position reports to a Site Operations Manager and ensures timely delivery of services through effective coordination and communication.
