Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative creates and maintains positive relationships with customers, installers, and The Home Depot while managing work orders and providing daily support to installation crews. This role involves dispatching rolled carpet goods, serving as the first responder to issues, and coordinating material receipt and scheduling. The position reports to a Site Operations Manager and requires travel to field offices and jobsites as needed.
