Customer Service Specialist

This role serves as the primary liaison between FBCS/MCCS and the location, championing customer-related issues to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. The individual is responsible for making on-the-spot financial and operational decisions to resolve customer needs and collaborating with various teams to increase satisfaction. The position involves owning the VIC process, managing customer follow-up queues, and partnering with stores to resolve escalated concerns.
