Customer Service Specialist

This role serves as the primary liaison between FBCS/MCCS and the location, proactively and reactively resolving escalated customer concerns to ensure expectations are met and exceeded. The individual is responsible for making on-the-spot financial and operational decisions to address customer needs, including handling exchanges and following up on unresolved issues. The position also involves owning the VIC process, collaborating with delivery teams, and partnering with Macy’s or Bloomingdale Division/Stores to resolve customer concerns.
