Customer Services Officer

The Customer Services Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers via telephone, face-to-face, email, and social media, providing advice and assistance to resolve enquiries across various services. This role requires multitasking and gaining knowledge across a broad spectrum of services, including Highways, Waste and Recycling, Environmental Health, Housing, Blue Badges, Schools Admissions, and Elections. The position operates within a busy and often pressurised environment, requiring proficiency in IT systems and the ability to unpick complex queries.
