About this role
The Customer Solutions Manager will join Caterpillar’s Customer Facing team within the Customer Solutions Growth Regions division to develop and coordinate tailored solutions for large clients across products, services, digital, rental, and financing. The role partners closely with dealers and internal stakeholders to drive growth in emerging markets across Africa, the Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (ex-Japan), and LATAM. This position supports corporate account relationships and helps shape region-specific customer strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
