About this role

Bitsight is seeking a hands-on builder to develop an AI-native Customer Success operating model from the ground up. This role involves designing and implementing AI-enabled workflows, automations, and tools to improve team efficiency, customer health tracking, and renewal readiness. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to operationalize data-driven processes and reduce manual reporting for Customer Success Managers.

Responsibilities

Build AI-powered workflows and automations to reduce manual Customer Success work
Prototype and scale automated reporting and customer health tracking systems
Operationalize lifecycle management and renewal readiness processes
Partner with data and product teams to integrate systems and workflows
Establish prompt structures and QA checks for AI output accuracy
