Responsibilities

Drive customer adoption of Corporate Lending platforms to ensure business outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor to operational and executive stakeholders at customer institutions
Own customer health for assigned accounts to proactively identify and mitigate retention risk
Prepare customers for successful renewals by ensuring value realization and stakeholder alignment
Leverage digital programs and AI-driven insights to engage customers at scale
