Customer Success Manager (PL)

Fonio is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with Small and Medium-sized Business customers in the newly entered Polish market. This role involves actively managing the customer lifecycle through calls and meetings to ensure satisfaction, retention, and value maximization for their AI phone assistant solutions. The candidate will work autonomously in HubSpot, coordinate technical setups, and proactively address churn risks while supporting fonio's expansion in Europe.
