The Customer Success Manager – Enterprise Accounts is a remote role based in the Western U.S. responsible for ensuring post-deployment success and long-term value for strategic enterprise healthcare customers using Kontakt.io’s platform. The role partners with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders to drive adoption, measurable ROI, renewals, and account expansion while contributing to scalable Customer Success practices. Reports to the Director of Customer Success Enterprise.
