The Enterprise Customer Success Manager at SeekOut will own and grow a portfolio of 25–30 enterprise customers, driving adoption, measurable business outcomes, renewals, and expansion through a proactive, executive-level customer success motion. The position requires regular customer travel (approximately 25%) and direct commercial accountability for retention and expansion.
