Customer Success Manager

This role focuses on ensuring customer success with the Fluke Reliability System's eMaint CMMS product by building trusted advisor relationships and driving proactive strategic guidance. The position involves managing client relationships to increase adoption, ensure retention, and grow revenue through upselling and developing success plans. The ideal candidate will lead executive business reviews, facilitate on-site engagements, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
