Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will join the early Rec team to define operations, business strategy, and culture while managing city partnerships to ensure their success. This role involves developing deep relationships with city partners, driving the adoption of new AI-powered features, and building processes to support existing deployments and upsell opportunities. The position requires a strategic, hands-on professional who can act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders and shape product and business decisions through cross-functional collaboration.
