Customer Support Engineer

DataPath is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, troubleshooting hardware and system-level issues while coordinating repairs and providing excellent service. This in-person role requires hands-on experience with antenna systems, satellite communications, and electronic equipment, along with occasional travel for on-site support and installations. The ideal candidate will diagnose technical problems, manage multiple support cases, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.
