Customer Support Specialist

This role provides day-to-day support for Managed Services Clients by leveraging customer service skills and knowledge of Electronic Health Record software to resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment. The position involves managing inbound interactions, maintaining end-to-end responsibility for user support needs, and adhering to ITIL methodology. Team members are expected to mentor new specialists, assist with documentation, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
