Customer Training Specialist

The Customer Training Specialist at Reveleer delivers comprehensive, customer-focused training on the platform's clinical coding, data retrieval, and analytics features. This role designs and conducts live virtual and occasional in‑person sessions, collaborates with onboarding, product, and operations teams to keep training materials current, and provides ongoing coaching to ensure customers effectively use the system.
