Customer Value Management

This role leads the retention and loyalty strategy to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and reduce churn across the installed base. The position involves defining proactive retention initiatives and loyalty programs through a customer-centric and data-driven approach. The successful candidate will join the LatAm Customer Value Management team to ensure sustainable growth and profitability of the recurring revenue portfolio.
