Head of Base Management for Multi Product Ownership

The Head of Base Management for MPO is responsible for maximizing lifetime value, retention, and loyalty of Globe’s MPO customer base by owning the post-activation customer lifecycle. The role focuses on designing and executing lifecycle management strategies—onboarding, retention, expansion, loyalty, and care-led differentiation—while partnering across teams and using data to reduce churn and drive customer advocacy.
