About this role

A 12-week hybrid summer internship in Gusto’s Customer Experience (CX) Operations team focused on accelerating the company’s AI-native transformation. The role centers on identifying and automating recurring CX workflows, building prototypes, and redesigning processes to improve scalability and customer quality. Interns will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and CX partners and receive mentorship from leaders shaping customer operations.
