SC Johnson’s Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two-part pre-internship experience for undergraduate students interested in Supply Chain. The program includes three virtual professional development webinars and a two-day in-person Leadership Development Conference at SC Johnson’s Global Headquarters in Racine, WI in August 2026. Participants gain exposure to the company, network with leaders and employee resource groups, and may interview for a Summer 2027 internship.
