Cylinder Operator I (Union)

The Cylinder Operator I is responsible for manually and with the aid of material handling equipment moving industrial gas cylinders to different areas of the plant and loading or unloading them from delivery trucks. The role involves operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, performing cylinder maintenance tasks like valving and cleaning, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures. This position requires the ability to perform heavy physical work and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly plant appearance.
