CYOC Program Manager

The CYOC Program Manager leads the implementation of the Community Youth Opportunity Collaborative in Greater Grand Crossing, serving as the primary convener and coordinator for a network of youth-serving organizations and community stakeholders. This role focuses on growing the youth-serving network, coordinating convenings, overseeing youth leadership engagement, and ensuring compliance with data and fiscal reporting requirements. The position works cross-functionally to strengthen coordination, increase access to opportunities, and improve outcomes for youth.
