About this role

CareDx is seeking a Data & AI Intern to join the Bioinformatics and Data Science group within the Data and AI team. The intern will contribute to the development of clinical tests for transplant patients by applying and developing bioinformatics and statistical methods to analyze next-generation sequencing (NGS) and omics datasets. The role involves collaborating with scientists, designing computational pipelines, and leveraging AI to identify high-value data opportunities.

Responsibilities

Design and develop computational pipelines for NGS and genomic data analysis
Collaborate with scientists to analyze and interpret experimental data
Evaluate performance of emerging technology platforms and assays

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Data Science, Biostatistics, Biomedical Informatics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Physics, or a related field
