The Customer Success Analyst III on the Data & Insights team creates and delivers complex analyses that demonstrate the company’s impact to clients and strategic partners in the pharmacy benefits space. The role supports clinical delivery, operations, and other internal teams by developing analytics, producing recurring performance reviews and ad hoc client analyses, and informing strategic decision-making. The analyst also contributes to analytical infrastructure improvements and helps identify new analytic product opportunities to operationalize solutions.
