This role leads end-to-end data conversion of healthcare payer data between platforms, serving as a subject matter expert for payer data domains including Claims, Enrollment, Provider, and Authorizations. The position involves designing and executing phased conversion plans, performing data profiling, and developing transformation and mapping rules to migrate data from source to target systems. It requires strong technical leadership in ETL design, SQL, and Python, along with effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional and offshore teams.
