Data Engineer

The Data Engineer at Factory is responsible for architecting and evolving the data stack to enhance business operations through reliable, real-time insights. This includes building and refining data models and warehouse architecture, designing and scaling data pipelines, and creating integrations for third-party data. The role also involves owning the reporting surfaces used by leadership and ensuring data quality, governance, and promoting a self-serve analytics culture across the organization. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in data engineering, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in JavaScript or Python.
