The Data Engineering Manager will lead Pleo’s Data Platform team, owning delivery and people leadership for core data infrastructure that enables self-service analytics. You’ll manage a team of Data Platform Engineers and work with senior data leadership to scale the platform and drive the 2026 technical roadmap. The role focuses on execution, operational excellence, and enabling the wider company through robust, secure, and cost-efficient data foundations.
