The Manager, People Analytics Data Platform leads the team that builds and maintains Datadog’s people data foundation, including pipelines, modeling, governance, BI/reporting, and AI-enabled analytics. This role ensures people data is accurate, trusted, well-modeled, and easy to use while partnering closely with People leaders, People Tech, security, and central data teams. The manager drives the platform roadmap, oversees migrations to unified reporting, and supports secure, self-service analytics for business stakeholders.
