Data Platform and Observability Engineer

This role involves designing, building, and enhancing critical Observability services such as Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, and Tracing for Workday's platforms. The position requires developing data capture and collection services, constructing metrics ingestion pipelines, and managing infrastructure components within air-gapped U.S. AWS cloud regions. The engineer will collaborate with federal cyber defense teams to ensure security operations and platform health while supporting U.S. Federal Government contracts.
