Data Product Engineer

As a Founding Data Product Engineer at Effective AI, you will design and build foundational systems that transform complex insurance regulations, filings, and market data into governed, executable industry models. This role requires a mix of hard data engineering and product sense to create the layer through which the company perceives and acts upon the external world using multi-agent systems. You will work independently to turn ambiguous problems into crisp models, optimizing tools and workflows to ensure these systems are fast, cheap, and trustworthy for regulated business operations.
