Data Science AI Leader

StarCompliance is seeking a hands-on technical Data Science AI Leader to own the data and AI strategy and execute it, building a high-performing Data & AI function that ships production-grade AI capabilities at scale. This role involves partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and the executive team to co-own the AI roadmap, prioritization, and delivery outcomes. The leader will drive the adoption of generative AI, LLM-based architectures, and predictive analytics to deliver measurable customer value within a heavily regulated environment.
