Data Science Manager

This role within the IT Advanced Analytics and Data group leads, manages, and coaches a team of highly technical data scientists while building strategic relationships with business leaders to drive shared ownership of key initiatives and KPIs. The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing data science methodology, leading technical engagements with stakeholders, and deploying advanced analytics models to enable data-driven decision-making. The position requires a leader who can identify innovative analytical techniques, manage external vendor relationships, and foster a high-performance team culture aligned with company values.
