The Data Scientist, Knowledge Graphs at Mithrl is responsible for building and scaling the biological knowledge layer for the Mithrl AI Co-Scientist, which involves ingesting, harmonizing, and curating high-value biological datasets from public and peer-reviewed sources. This role includes defining relationship schemas, creating automated curation pipelines, and developing tools for users to interact with the knowledge graph. The position requires strong expertise in bioinformatics, graph data structures, and Python, with a focus on supporting downstream reasoning and analysis in a collaborative environment.
